the point is that you cant attack people before you place your hq during uni rush. perhaps i want the gal that you dropped in, but i dont have a hq down yet cuz i wanna put it in yer gal... i cant attack you to take it. It makes sense that there should be some initial phase of open pvp during uni reset to allow land disputes to be settled before the whole hq infrastructure is in place.

It takes time to find the perfect gal and lay an HQ, you shouldn't have to wait until then to fight. Even just the first 24 hours open to PvP would fix it.

This is *not* going in for the beginning of the new uni. We will probably patch it sometime later. So prepare for some serious PvP, I hear some pirates are going to be going all out to ruin everyone's day!

While it does take some time to find a gal to place your HQ that time is quite short.

We have always had ours down within the first half hour.
