Why exactly do you guys WANT to kill their HQ, anyway? If you want to fight them, it doesn't change anything. All this will do is make it a little harder for the pvp teams, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Here is how it should be:

When the universe is lawless, too low of population, this doesn't take effect. When it can be taken, you need a HQ. When a team runs for emp, anyone can attack the emp team.

Imo if this was in make it apply to earthforce space only.

So in wild and perilous space you can attack anything w/o a HQ, in Earthforce space you can only attack with a HQ, as you have then filled in the proper paperwork with the Earthforce security council :D

But please please please don't add this in universally, it'd just be silly that you need a specific item thats totally irrelevant to attack someone.

As most people who know me should already know I fully support this idea. I also dont really care if it will make F2Ps unable to PvP, they shouldnt be able to anyway since long term F2Ps will often go around killing new players and low level P2Ps.

^ agreed.... we dont need to please f2p's becuase the ones actually doing stuff and helping the game are the p2p.. we pay so we ask/refine idea's so we can have them if f2p want to help suggest thats fine... but msotly p2p should be in front (unless it comes to getting more ppl to join)

I'd be shocked if this did not go in.

This does not hurt any current team that has colonies.

This ensures that PvP only teams have something to lose and must protect there HQ, just more pvp for them when they have to defend there HQ.

Everyone should be for this.

If this goes in, it MUST NOT happen for the first week or so of the uni. New uni PvP is one of the most interesting things in the game, please don't fuck with it.
