There is a rule against intentionally using your lower levelled characters for the purpose of making the game experience worse for actual low level players.

Hey, noone knows who I am now. I look different on all channels, and since I have made a new personality for the alt, noone actually knows I am me.

I'd say no to PvP in Lyceum, as it's alot more dangerous to head into Lyceum now than in max DF perilous space due to PvP. Either remove it's "Protected" sign, or allow the Guardian to police the gal.

Or add a supermassive Dark Sun/Giant Sun.

PvPing in Lyceum is the best thing for players that wan't to PvP, removing PvPing in Lyceum is just stupid, very stupid.
