Have you tested the PSA properly yet?

It has a 1sec recoil, but 1 shot is enough for the full debuff. You only need 1 shot, in which a very low recoil doesn't really matter.

If you make it a recoil of like 6, you'll recoil through half the debuff.

Do you even read this, Jeff? It's almost unanimous that PWA doesn't need damage, and that higher RoF is better.........so you give them a 5 second recoil?

PSAs are now useless because of recoil, not because of size :P

I have a Death Striker specially augged for using PSAs (1100 hull, no damage augs) which is now useless because of this change.

I'm not complaining about the size, I don't mind.
It's the new recoil. It's meant to be the debuff that matters, not the damage.

Is this permanent, or is it going to be changed? Because then I'll have to aug for RoF and elec regen this time xD

Um. While we go making weapons to let seers 1 shot dm's in pax's can we also have t20 mining drones, rad drones added in at the same time?

And also fix armada ambush's elec so it can shoot > 4 times, OR add in new usable t20 surg drones?

OK, I'll put the recoil back down but leave the new tracking and size. I was told in general that Seers wanted weapons with higher recoil and more damage, which is why I changed these along with several other existing Seer only weapons.

They do in general, but these particular weapons are meant to be used just for their debuffs, not for the damage.

On a somewhat unrelated note, are you ever going to fix the grem on AI? Currently, seer weapons are far weaker than normal ones due to causing grems, but these barely affect AI at all. They will twitch a little then go back to what they were doing, as if they had zen of calmness 99. It's really annoying, I understand having that on uber AI, but why must they all do it?

I like the changes and love the new weapons.

As the debuffs are all 20 sec (except the useless one from PWAA with 10 secs) the high recoil is quite fine with me - I can use it now as a better replacement of a (normal) Panther Fang.

Also now these weapons are the new entry lvl weaponry for low and mid lvl Seer.

Their tracking and range was a really great choice - keeps the fun in the class.

I think these changes are good - I'm not sure why Dia subjects to it as the Debuff on the same weapon does not stack even if you shoot twice with it.

All in all Good work!

These weapons make a good low level seer weapon. :P

Honestly, they really don't. I have a level 250 seer, the damage is still quite low for him to use. The other new seer weapons are FAR better (the fire and mining lasers).

I've no first hand experience as my Seer is fairly high lvl'd now.
They just did look like decent mid/low lvl Seer weapons - surgical, etheral, a bit range and some tracking.

What surgical weapon do you use for example for Rosies or Slumbers?

If you think the new weapons work out I'd stick with Dia for sure.
