He's right, but he thinks he's clever for figuring it out, when Calypso explained parts of the new UZ in great detail multiple times in All chat. He also thinks noone else knows, and that it will be a huge revealation when he tells them, hence him trying to make it sound mysterious. He's an idiot, just ignore him.
