Yes the timer does not apply to mods using the warn command.

Ever considered the fact that you can have 10 Accounts running on 10 Webchats and spam trade chat? Or did Admins make the 3 minute timer follow IP adresses?

Many people already do that. Some who own multiple accounts will post more than once every 6 lines, though obviously with different messages. Mods don't catch onto it very often.

Yeah, that didn't make any sense to me either. By combat classification, LFs should have the least "armor" of the ships in game. They're fast, nimble and have high-regen shields. It's hard enough to target and SD, let alone kill them.
