Increasing the DPE on the Emp Ray would also entail a significant decrease in DPS. I could just put it back to the old stats, but then it would have its sub par DPS and the people who complained about it before would be complaining again. Perhaps there could be some middle ground, but ultimately no matter what we do with the weapon there is going to be someone who doesn't like it. The important thing, in my mind, is to make a weapon that drops off one of the hardest bosses in the game unique and not something where you can say "well its similar to item X but it has a little more Y and a little less Z".

Maybe review pocket universe to give more hull per level.

Pocket universe was reduced from 2% per lvl to 1% per lvl for a reason. In my opinion 5% hull is a good bonus for relatively little investment.

12 gold bars, 2 plat. bars and 125 sp is not a little investment.

I know large hulled people would benefit lots, but not sure if 2% would be that bad given how many people seem to find trouble fitting some high end stuff now.

To most people that train bar skills it is a little investment and to double it wud make my hull increase go from 40ish to 80ish and imo a few bil does not justify 80 extra hull in a ship with only 1 cap aug.
