Post Rare Ruins and Resources
Starting next universe, rare ruins and resources will be much more heavily weighted towards higher danger factor galaxies. This means that low DF galaxies might contain normal ruins and commodities, but if you want to find advanced ruins or high level commodities you will probably only find them in warp 2 and warp 3.

There is a ton of resources out there like tons of Ada etc, So im assuming like All of w3 will contain rare commods, And some gals could of 1 of each.

yeah... but whats more important, emp or ruins?

if you make a HQ in w3 and DM says "no emp for you" chances are they can stop you form tractoring the crown ship some 30 odd jumps, right?

trevor pants and DM arent only teams in SS and only reason pants is so good is cuz every 1 is afraid of them for some reason cept DM

Yeah, i do hope you've thought this through, as there arn't that many buildable warp 3 galaxies, so does that mean all teh rare ruins and best commods will be in galaxys we can't build in? :?

Please base it on Danger Factor and not warp lvl..
Otherwise we couldnt access 90% of the goods.

Could we also increase buildable space by one or two DFs, or maybe add more gals or an extra arm or two as some (including myself) have suggested? We don't want all the awesome commods/ruins to be way out where we can't build. =P

Allowing players to build in DF up to 160 would be fine, imo, the roaming ubers just shouldn't enter those gals, as well as anything that is not supposed to be killed with bases (BGs, vultures)
