Yea having to be a seer with sm 20 just to equip a BP is sort of crap.
So what if you can make them, if your not a seer you cant use them, why not make that ability to equip a BP available to anyone

most mines you can swap around, it is more useful to actually have the materials and build them as you fight.

I wouldn't want to see the in-built mines on other ship hulls than the ones you make them on.

I think mobile factories are much more advantageous than having to stock up on mines when you run out, the tradeoff is you have to have the appropriate SM skill to use them. Not hard to invest if you want to be able to use them

I am very very irked at the Zeus Launching Tubes rof rate, before the patch I had a full stack of Red Photon Launchers and now I am stuck at a gimped rof. I am also dissatisfied with the Zeus Fighters, now that I can launch them yay, but the fact that the lasers do pitiful dps and the lifespan that they are out is way way way to short, at the current dps level I would much prefer the lasers be swaped for gremcannons, that at least is usefull.

If making the rof on the Zeus Tubes better is out of the question, please make it unequipable, but still shipbound, that way I can swap back to Red Photon Launchers.

Make Zauron's Mobile Claymore Factory not require SM 20 to use. I thought unbuilt items didn't need the level in that skill to use the item anymore.

Chain healers have always done that. I sent in a ticket when they first came in about it and HAL said it wasn't a bug. I was dissapointed.

I did not plan on making these things easy to use, I will not change the fact that you need the equivalent level in SM to use the factories. I feel it is the price a player has to pay to use the higher tech factories. You can always build most of the mines (non in-built) on a seer with SM20 and stack them on the character you wish to use them on.

There are a few minor issues I will fix for the uni reset and reduce the cost on a few mines.

Makes since. Even if you have no character with SM20, there's no reason that someone on your team who does have it can't manufacture and distribute them. Teamwork ftw.

The mines are exceptionally useful and worth far more than the 4-6b is would cost you to get SM20.
