 Router problemSo I just got a d-link dir-615 router which was used. I reset it to factory settings and setup a PPPoE connection and shit. It gets connected and its all fine and dandy, I can play SS fine. BUT theres a few problems for example:
some websites are pretty much blocked, I have tested this by plugging the modem directly into the pc and the sites loaded instantly while on the router they refuse to even pop out. MSN is giving a default gateway error in the troubleshooting thing and I cant connect to msn. Does anyone know whats causing this and how to fix it, and I have looked at google for a good 3 hours now and I cant set it up.... |

Re: Router problem You probably have to allow some ports in the router.

Re: Router problem Don't listen to that, that'll mess up your computer.
Try flashing your router with dd-wrt. Link: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/D- ... 615_rev_E3 It's awesome firmware for your router. It does void your warranty in some cases *cough* all *cough* but it works much better than most packaged firmwares.
