Split Misc into General SS Discussion and Off Topic discussion?

Yeah, that's something we're looking into. Each one of those separators is supposed to have a category title, but they're not showing up. I'm hunting down Julian and demanding he fix it! =P

The banners that separate the sections need labels, right now they just reads "forums".

Otherwise it looks good, more professional.
