Ur Qok UrQa is loosely translated to 'Ur (You) Qok (Sight) UrQa (Evil Aliens who want to kill you)'
Ur'iiuqok Qok Iq'koquii would have been a more elegant way to put it though, Ur Qok UrQa is very basic and unrefined.

Re: Ur Qok UrQa? A help on Translation I remember a bana AI named "niq? kak!". Since there is a bana escape pod called "vazuk niq" which I think means "speedy escape", I think "kak" really does mean "no", and the AI's name translates as "escape? no!". Hooray, 2 more words decoded
