We make laws to Protect People. In the end, isn't that what all laws come down to? But how can you accurately judge if someone is being hurt in this situation? And if a law hurts more people than it helps, doesn't that mean the law is, in some way, flawed?

Ah the pedophilia mind trick again. This is part of the control mechanism of western society it's a way to shame people into submission.

We had a case here in Sweden where a guy got convicted of possession of child pornography. He was translating a Japanese comic book (yes that was his job) suddenly the cops burst in and arrests him and seize all his comic books. Now I am fully aware that some Japanese comic books are really graphic depicting women who do not really look like they are at an age of consent, but its a fucking drawing! If i draw a stick figure that is naked and a cop or judge decide that it's depicting a naked child I can be fucking arrested. This is a stupid law and part of the move towards thought crime, 1984 all over again.

As long as no actual person is being hurt I do not see it as child pornography, the law was passed to protect children but no child was hurt in this case hence NO CRIME was committed.

The same applies to your video game it does not matter what the char looks like or what it does because it is imaginary, do not fall for the thought crime movement. If anyone claims you are a pedophile then point out to them that they are delusional and should go see a doctor to get a prescription of the correct drug to make their brain perceive the world correctly again.
