Post East Vindia: Add Maboule custom DG.
Instanced DG-like galaxy with Maboule and a few Tortuga pirates.

Why? He can fucking roam through any and every w0/w1 galaxy.



Call it "Maboule's Pirate Convoy", and add to the mission description that Maboule is "Either trying to escape, or link up with a small band of fellow pirates" and that either or kill is acceptable for the mission.
