Re: Hydra Charger No, then you could MF with a normal shield and energy.
The fact that Hydra gear drops enough to have quite nice mod combos means anyone who did not use Radar/Cap/Engine/Charger would be down right stupid.

Re: Hydra Charger i agree with spatzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. if u have hydra gear that are luxuries like a shield charger or a light house u get the MF bonus without losing the quality of the gear which is the point
