This wep has been given little love in C2....
Bullets are now obsoletely small and hard to hit anything with.
The weapon lags with the sniper bonuses to speed and passes through its target due to immense speed.
My suggestion-
Return bullets to former width
Slow down the weapon by 25%
Lower dps
Increase build items...

Seems fair.
