So I've noticed that many a person has been looking for the hell fire and it's seemingly unnecessary rarity has pushed it's price up to a level that seems unreasonable. I saw laptop for instance buy 4 for 10b. And the average pc of one nowadays is between 1-3b. For an item that before the preacher bp was added wasn't worth more than 250m this seems ridiculous. Just bump the drop rate a bit. Thanks.

Beefing the cleft thorn spawn rate wouldn't make a difference, I've had only 2 drop so far and I have actually lvld a few alts on clefts.

Only because people had in their mind that a PWI is 25b that a Hell Fire was 100-250m.

If prices were to go up, I'm sure people would spend upwards of 40b for a PWI, seeing how it's that useful. And with that, we'll see a Hell Fire go for 1-3b as it does now.


If you expect cheap items for PWI, don't whine when said cheap item become the next desirable item.

No idea where the PWI story came from but I get what your saying. In this case though we're talking about a t14 weapon that drops from ai's lvl 200-300's would be killing. An item like that should never be selling more than a Lion Breath or armada charge, it just doesn't make sence. The preacher bp was added without though as to what it would to do the hell fire market, in this case it didn't go down so well. A simple beef to the droprate (as already explained has been added) would solve this issue.

Clearly the fact that the Hellfire droprate was so low was due to a small oversight due to admins not realising how much demand would increase. They have rectified this and thus maintaining a relatively easy way to obtain hellfires was intended. Me killing Clefts for 5 hours in total for a total gain of 2 hellfires clearly was not intended.

Summary: The fact that admins boosted the drop rate means that your whole post is incorrect, Churchill.
