Post t21 version of Undead Presence
Not hull locked, not class locked t21 ship aura with the same -shield charge for enemies +shield charge for friendlies and very low range.

I'd rather see new sorts of aura generators rather than old ones made better.

yeah the main idea was not hull or class locked aura gens with low range

and low power. Non-locked aura gens should never be a main item. I also doubt we will see any of these come out for obvious balancing issues.
