 The low-mid level roaming ubers.Copy+Paste them for a DG/Special Galaxy version. The droprates for their gear is atrocious, and the fact only one exist at any time means not many pieces of their gear would exist for the time spent in the level range that would benefit from it.
From Mr. Green, I think only ShadowBlade and I have the only boss loot from pass encounters. I have a MiniKasper Fighter and he has a Green Kasper ship. Thats from about 2 months of them being in! Even newbies reach T16-T19 within one month.
