Post Scarlet Carrier (T20 Uber).
Summary: A T20 Red C1 Bulk II Uber Capship that flings missiles at enemies with gunner oriented lewt.

The Scarlet Carrier was a secret project developed by the Rubians(Ruby Carrier humanoid race), at least until it was stolen by a rogue Earthforce Constable.

The ship takes on the appearance of a Massif(the old Bulk II model) painted red like a Ruby Carrier.

This Uber will attempt to avoid the player(squad), and has a full tracking reaver laser scripted to be used if anything (it can see) gets too close. Otherwise, it MF's two full tracking heat damage capital lasers.

To help it stay away, it has a super that functions like a Turbo Tweak (like that of the Lyceum tweak crate bp).

It will also fling random combinations of Large Kinetic, Large Precision, Large Incendiary missiles at the player (squad).

Precision = Kinetic-like Surgical missile
Incendiary = Kinetic-like Heat missile

Loot Rewards:
1. Small/Medium/Large Mobile Factory bps for Precision and Incendiary missiles. These things produce individual missiles, and use the player's energy bank as a material source. (So in a sense, they are super items)

2. Capital Incineration Laser (T18) and ACIL bp (T20). Materials are fairly heavy on heat related gear (bana, infernals, etc)

3. Scarlet Carrier bp (T20, capital Ship). The ship is a 75missile/25gun capital ship oriented for use with gunners. As such, it really lacks weapon slots(1-2 slots) and boasts a pretty nasty missile launcher. Average speed(between a dread and a MZT), average resists, average hull, 2 augs.

The blueprint is "fairly" easy to build. As easy as a DS or Rosy+, that is. However, instead of an Ada Module as in case of Rosy+, theres a T21 module.

Idk why ai flying different ship than others has to be some new unknown race right away. I know it doesn't matter at all here, but in every content suggestion I see some new made up races xD rubians, delquadians w/e. They could be just some human faction. :P

I would LOVE to suggest things to flesh out each race, but so far, the admins said to be simple and concise. Which is a polite way to say no.

Probably because they cba'd to code all of the fleshed out info, lore, and content.

The ship name should be changed to Ruby Frigate/Destroyer/Cruiser/Battlecruiser/Warship/Dreadnought.

We've established that the race is Rubian, and as such the nomenclature should be followed. Also, Carrier sounds like a freighter or FC capital ship.

Ruby Transport
Ruby Carrier->Advanced Ruby Carrier(Scarlet Carrier)
Ruby something else.

You also have to remember that the "Scarlet" part is the designation of the human that took the ship.

Normally, a Rubian "should" have the word "Ruby" in front of the name.

Should it have stayed under Rubian control, something closer to "Ruby Emissary" would be used.
