Blue Gamma: T15, gains an Eth U, and an OL that dramatically increases damage.

3. DeathXOver Drones, mainly DG crate drops.
DeathHeatedOver Drone: T19, Uses a Lion Breath and a Scorch Immolation.
DeathWarmedOver Drone: T16, gains a Scorch Immolation.
DeathBurnedOver Drone: T12, Uses a Hellraiser and a Great Immolation.

4. MMD's and related drones.
Kikale Mzungu Annihilator: T19, uses a KMW.
Mzungu Mining Offender: T16, uses a MTR.
Mzungu Mining Defender: T11, uses a MTC.
Mzungu Mining Pretender: T6, uses an MTD.

5. Vazaha Support Drones.
Golgaoay Vazaha Ermergency Room: T20, uses a Primal RR.
Vazaha Operating Table: T17, uses a Vaz Monkey Re-Structron.
Vazaha Field Hospital: T14, uses a Monkey Reformatter.

6. Earthforce Combat Drones. All have 100% Inertia Damps.
EF Trebuchet Drone: T20, uses a Flaming Swingarm Catapult and an Eth U.
EF Catapult Drone: T18, uses a Giga Catapult and a weaker Eth laser.
EF Ballista Drone: T16, uses an OS Catapult and a weaker non eth laser.

Really Big Mining Drone: T19, uses a mining version of a RBL, terrible DPE.
Big Mining Drone: T13, Mid range version.
Mining Drone: The same T7 drone.

8. Faranji Mobile Flowers.
Unt Faranji Paragon Drone: T20, Splashing (explosive) bullets.
Faranji Blossum Drone: T16.
And the Flower is still the same drone.

9. Burn baby, burn. And with an eth laser too! Drops and ruin extract.
UrQa Quu Qi: T5, Pulse Gun 1 bullet.
UrQa Quu Qu: T10, 2 bullets.
UrQa Quu Qa: T15, 3 bullets and not a 3shot either!

I read this post without anyone replying and thought, those are nice drones but why havent I seen them. Me thinking this was posted in the general discussion and not in suggestions ):.

Not sure. On the one hand, lack of mining damage for drones is a valid argument, on the other hand, a drone that uses long range, etheral mining lasers sounds a bit too scary


I don't think inertia damps on drones work, but I'm not sure.

Other than that, I like most of it

So tone down range. Armada Drones already showed that inbuilt nerfs to drone stats work fine. that or just give the drone a weapon only for that drone with specific stats. That seems easiest.

Venu+merc drones =) with venu/merc gear perp motion mission perhaps or drop in crates off of dgs

but apart from that i love this suggestion more drones are really needed

Not done with it. Notice the numbers? I'm missing at least 12 more for the total count.

1. The MMD-series is supposed to be a bit OP in relation to the other mining-beam one. The reason? They're ruins or obtained through something relating to ruins. The other group would be AI-base/DG Crates.

Also got to remember that the KMW wielding drone is one possible outcome for an engineer. I intend this suggestion to have 4 uber ruin drones, 1 for each race, and therefore only one allowed at once due to the lore skills.

As for the Vazaha one, it really requires Drone Ops to function correctly, and the fact it'd make an Armada Charge Drone look like an Acme Combat Drone in terms of healing will say a lot about which skill you choose (Lore Skill resets)

2. The Blob and the previous drone component are the only non-T21 parts of that drone. It's mainly there to have some bridge into T21 as Infernal Darkness has both T20 and T21 loot.

To build that drone, we're looking at one or two T21 modules to produce a crate of 10.

BP's for crates would definitely be part of the "normal" Copper AI's droptable. Just rare drops. You're looking at nearly 24h of camping to find one of the lower tech bps.

Thats later. I used the Drones page on the wiki and worked from top to bottom. You'd notice I stopped at ~T17. I'll fill in some gaps as I said for the edit.

Keep these simple to build. Armada Drones are just annoying.

All should be simple. Didn't say all should be easy, though. Rather have all Drone (Temp) BP's make crates :\

And t20? This is an over encompassing issue of a choked supply and no choices.

I would go so far as to call this drone rape.

There should be developers assigned to each class to prevent things like this from happening.

All drones need more. The problem is having T21 content to supply the drone. As far as not needing content, I feel the only kind of T21 drone that would work would be the end result of the Venusian and Mercurian drones, the Solarian drone.

But that being said, there should ALWAYS be content that link together techs. Most of T21 is so different that it's a wonder why it's even called "Star Sonata". Only ID and the Hawk seem to bridge the gap between T20 and T21.
