So I was thinking of a SD uber... initially I thought it should be called The Warrior or some such but everything about it says 'SD'.

Anyway, the basic idea is a 700 speed uber with absurd resists and shield regen that does a decent amount of damage (I'm thinking of something double cess's dps).
It uses a 3k~ range ethereal beam weapons. These weapons all inject nanites, imparting a - hostility tweak.

If nobody dies for a minute or two and this uber is actually dented (maybe 95% shields?) it will tear reality and bring both its younger and older self back from their respective timelines. These are automatically agro and will shoot a random target to begin with. Their damage resistance should be nerfed accordingly (meaning they can actually be killed now, with all their other stats taking a slight hit).

As each 'clone' loses energy and returns to its respective timeline the uber once more becomes slightly stronger.

Anyway, the basic idea was to have an AI that's difficult to manage and (probably) requires at least two tanks on the run (or else one of the tanks would be swamped by nanites and lose all hostility).

I really like where this is going.

HAL is adding new boss code (tomorrow) that actually makes this type of thing much easier to do.

(This is not an endorsement of the suggestion, but I like the idea of bosses splitting into three clones that are manageable, and then reforming).
