Post Remove Break From AP
So theres a lot of AP problems because of the break, Id rather the ship turned around and thrusted the other way to stop. Try flying a fast ship with a lot of weight, youre gonna get what I mean.

Also, this makes it really hard for the AP to dock at a moving base.

I kind of agree, but mostly for aesthetic reasons, and not very strongly.

How about the AP takes you at full speed to the final warp and brakes after warping (unless you disengage it).
