Map Loading is now very slow. I have a high end computer, why should my map loading have to suffer because some are having issues? Can I have the option to have the "fast loading?"

i plan on improving / reworking the way the map load, currently its made to load over time (due to c1 limitation on loading the map), a hacky way was implemented to make it load a lot faster, but it caused issues on some routers. Once im done rewriting that part, the map should be pretty close to instant to load so that should remove the need of any option.
