I'm aware of the Wingship special - I'm also aware that Wingships don't come in x8 DG configs.
I've increased the delay from 10 seconds to 25 seconds, which should be more appropriate.
25 seconds seems a bit too much for the torpedo from the player use side if you're comparing to Wingship/Farangi Mag Device (is as i'm guessing, still on a 10 sec timer) somewhat regretting I bought a ghostship+ as they're both the same price, could of had another aug slot if I went with the Wingship..
if wingships aren't in the DG, then why just make it so ghostships aren't in the DG as well?

If anything, you need to drop their shields to something so that the very same torpedo can 1hit then back to be fair.
That or reduce it to at least 20 seconds to sync with the flit device.
Seriously, If you're going to add cooldowns to a missile it seriously needs to be the AI Inferno's inbuilt. They shoot out 3 at a time and pretty much makes capping them 3x harder.
