Post Scoop and warp radius
Increase them for everyone. I don't know how often it is I have to spasm over some debris smashing the scoop key to get some space oats.

Warp radius because I always seem to miss a warp even when in c1, I would have hit it.

I've suggested many times that these should be possible mods on scoops and engines respectively, as well as possible skill-point sinks.
