Post Mid Lvl Seers.
Edit: I tweaked ship stats and removed some bonuses

First off, what are the main problems?

1. Visibility.

2. Critical hit rate. No crit, no damage.

3. Damage [Aug setups are possible, but its not as simple as Athena+ Ares+ EFBC, takes a bit aug experience]

4. Flimsy. Squishy. Ect.

5. It takes seers a while to lvl, given that you need to be a ninja and wait for the right time to strike.


How to fix all these problems in 2 simple steps?

Steps given in no particular order.

1.Create a line of low tech seer ships ofc!

2. Also have a guide like "How to get t21 skills" but have it for sale in lyceum base and seer base.


What do these ships need?

1.Decent hull. Why? Because were are light fighters, yet need to carry around a huge cloak.

2. Lots of energy and laser resits built in. Why? Because AI use it 95% of the time. Therefore making PvAI more effective

3. A nice inbuilt mod that reduces visibility, raises a little damage and gives crit hit chance. Why? Because its the major flaw of a low lvl seer.

4. An tweak generator similar to a lion maul. Why? Because it took me a while to realize how incredibly powerful tweaks are for seers. Thusforth should be taught and introduced to the younglings sooner.

5. More radar bonus, even with horribly low vis, low lvl seers cant see anything, so it should be added into the ships stats.

So. What the ship should look like. Also, I want tech 10, 16 and 19 at least. Beef as tech gets higher.

"Random Name"
Tech 10
Hull: 300
Speed:150
Inbuilt OL [Visibility -60% +30% sheild +30% damage -30% RoF]
10% reflectivity
4 Visibility
Energy 55% Laser 55% Surg -10% Mining 15% Heat -10% Rad 15% Physical 25%
Inbuilt elec: 100
Mods: +200% radar Critical Hit Chance +50%


These stats can be a bit OP or controversial , im generally throwing out things I would like to see on the ship. Filter as needed.

Comments on arguable content on the suggested ship.

The Speed: Given that they are lower lvl, they need to escape faster.

The Vis: Its low, but they dont have augs like t20-21 does, yet have the same needs for stealth.

Resists: Thats the way I want them.

The mods: The radar is essential. Thrust and turning is also needed, since cloaks ect get a bit heavy. Tracking is always nice. Tempering is good for high dph weps.



Side notes for devs: I will work on a design, but if I cant produce. PLEASE dont make it so dark like the DS, I can bearly see which way im shooting, not considering if lag killer is off.

How is it obtained? Throw the bp in seer base for all I care.

Build cost? Please compare to capital ships.

What is needed to build? Please make it simple, we dont want to scare off people with a long list of dark matter and such.

Speed is not a worry. generally you'll want a SD to get speed bonuses. Speed is a pretty heavy modifier. A speedy seer ship also tends to have shit for resists or stealth or damage. Panther is not a "Seer only" ship.

What would be much cooler would be more accessible or versatile seer locked warp devices. For the general public. I mean normal seer locked warp devices that don't have 5 minute cooldowns or puts you behind the target.

I like alot. 400 range, 15 sec cooldown, dosent bank your energy for 2minutes straight like a pwi.

Also, what do you think of the general suggestion?

The main issue with low level seer is the complete lack of augs that give critical hit power in augs under 10. Parsley gives decent power but is higher tech, and gives no other stats.

I agree, but it's way too complicated for lower lvls. Tbh with this ship, nobody will need more than 3 seer apt. Besides, it's not like a growing noob ever "determined" that Athena+ ares + was a good setup, they just listened to all chat.

Seer only, as for the inbuilt, its what it needs for a low lvl seer. Trust me, there that underpowered compared to a class like, FC or such.

Well, You still said it sould cost as Cap ships does witch no nab could do easly especialy not seer and no one would do it becouse just 2 Tech later u get a better ship

Its virtually impossible for a noob to make a EFBC, it takes a couple bil just to make the bp. But everyone has them? There will always be a market with a supply and demand.

Remember that you wont have T20/T21 smart 1. You will be using blue gamma augs, bana augs, parsley and seer apt augs, ect . Good luck with that.
