Would it be posible to make some sort of Perm aura drone that gives small bosts to everything allied in the gal but aint broken?

I would have reservations about this. HQ's give auras, and if you need some stat on your bases boosted so badly it's poorly augged or your skills/gear are sub-par.

If anything they would give 5% modifiers tops and have something like 500 or less range. There is very little chance of this being implemented, but it could be interesting... They would obviously have to be t20-21 though so they take the maximum amount of slots.

Would rather not see perma drones with auras.

Already enough auras in a galaxy without drones putting out more.

I foresee my fps halve.
