Looked at the stats. Who's the dodo that decided to make the weapon bigger AND do less damage?

the same dodo who decided to add a ton of weight to "chain" and "splash" tags in the balance sheets. recall that neither effects can critical enemies you dont have selected.

Chain and splash is the two things I think should be counted highest in the balance sheets, but it should be possible to critical hit a new target with a chain shot or a splash damage shot for sure.

I'm not going to pretend to know what we're all talking about..
