Change all Ship+ BPs to Ship+ Upgrade BPs.

This would involve tweaking the BPs to not include the ship itself as a build material, nothing else would have to change. It would make it way more practical for progressing teams.

I know many Traders, myself included, would end up having to screw someone out of a second Oly ship to get into a Ship+, because item forming our current ship, and waiting in a travel ship until the build is done isn't very acceptable.

yes please. since ship upgrades have already been programmed, i dont know of any reason why not, except an objection on an economic basis... which is bunk imo.
