Changing Seer Skill (+2% Damage, +1% Ethereal Damage, Increased Warp Abilities)

To:

Seer Skill (3-5% Damage, +1% Ethereal Damage, Recoil +1-3% (Depending On Damage Increase)

So NOT a beef, just little readjustment

Reason:

[Simplified] Seer looses alot of potential DPS due to the nature of the class.

[Elaboration] Seers don't normally shoot back to back, since strategy/placement stalls time. Such as, getting behind a target, circling, running, ect ect ect

[End Product] More damage and less recoil allows harder hits, because I personally believe this is a small flaw.

So in the end, it would be a beef, but not for the reason you would think.

No. I like my OS6 and CaP augs.

OS5 is better for seer. For this very reason. Also, I would perefer CaL over CaP for my setup. Just 1 more reason why im considering

1 Conc [Its like a CaL and AoS mixed
1 AoL [Beacuse its damage only]

If you use an AoL in a setup, I will personally KoS you.

Why would you use AoL over Athena+?

Shield, Damage, Rof .....Athena+ is mostly for Seer vs Seer, the radar % from AoS is plenty.

Just looked at Athena+ stats....I completely forgot how much damage it added. at this point FUCK AoL! This changes alot

Just because YOU don't see trying to minimize poor ROF is a good thing, does not mean it isn't.

I mean, if you have 4 good chances to inflict heavy damage, you're going to take them. But if you have such a poor ROF that you can only get one shot in, it won't matter how much more damage you do. Unless theres a full +100% damage from skills, that -60% ROF fucks up setups.\


The great thing about seer is the ability to react to different situations. How do you react if you can't get enough shots in? And you'll fuck with seer buffs. What little seers that GO on runs now will be reduced back to only SP seers.


For anyone who is going to argue on Basta's side, You're going to fire at every 8 seconds or so. A V2 will take 18.
