Something has to pop eventually. Other classes are getting higher level content and fc is lagging behind a bit. If you just beef t18 stuff you make op low level chars. Add t20 and you get broken end game. Why not increase slave research so you can launch more slaves? You keep the slaves pretty much the same but increase the worth of slave research more.

So far I've been quite pleased with my FC selens decked out with some T21 gear (Glowing Hammers & ZBS). The fact that there are no T21 FC auras is slightly more annoying to me.

I should also point out the possibility of making T18 augs that require class skill 21 or even Piloting 21 to use, to counter your point of T18 slaves making lowbie alts OP.

It's not just power levels and numbers; it's also possibilities. I, for one, play to try out cool new things, and if I could get two Kikale Frigates, then heck yes I would do it, even if they're utter crap.

Why not get it properly done, so RC goes up to the lvl of piloting?
It will be always a problem underpowered or overpowered in a sence.

Just can make it a bit harder to get RC 21 money wise ,, like putting in 100b to get through a bp , sounds sound too bad.

RC19 is perfectly fine, as long as you prevent some ships from being slave-able. It would probably also give people a reason to use BAS/UFW/GVA/KMF on a regular basis as their main slaves.
