Fleet Commanders should be able to get remote control 20 because they are the one class that uses slaves.

With the new tech 21 stuff FC's DPS is quite underpowered now, so RC 20 would fill the gap between FC and other classes.

Getting RC 20 on FC should be hard, like u need to pay a certain amount of money (like 100 billions) or get to a certain level (like 2000) so that this wouldn't be a way to get pretty good easily.

RC20 would simply be broken, there is 100% no doubt about it.

What would be cool would be some new t18 ships that have a slave only tag on them along with similar augs, could also just FC lock them.

If anything, the solution to boost FC's t21 ability would be to make t18 ships that require FC21. T20 ships would be crazy unbalanced.

Its also terribly ignorant to say that only FCs use slaves... ShMs even get slave bonuses from their class skills (which, btw, are realistically about as good as FC bonuses)

As a ShM and ExEx I use slaves all of the time and 2 of my alts have Slave Research 5.

Other classes use em too. Though sometimes they are overlooked they provide slightly different roles for each.

as for T20 ships...it would be horribly broken. Admins have made that a forgone conclusion (no, not the froggy or his drops) when they made FC skills as powerful as they are and added slave tweaking.

Though the ability to equip T18 augs that have some sort of T19-T21 flair would be nice. slave only aug types that require FC skills equal to that of the aug.

Much easier to balance then giving them access to full T19-21 versions of augs.

i think FCs should have waaaaaay more slave slots though. 2 EFBCs/selens doesnt really strike me as a fleet

If you want lots of ships, make a swarm or use EFF's.
