It's high for a reason, this is a long term project. We are trying to establish a small, elite core on Sparta, ready for when the first Academy graduates come through in a few uni's time.

wait so please explain this friendly PVP thing? so like you wont pvp without a reason or sumtin?

It's a pvp team that trains its members to fight with classes, tutors, duels, and team fights. It provides gear for use in pvp(as in at that point, all the setups are pvp setups).

I assume, most teams are going to call it a pirate team sooner or later because it can, and will pvp. But, what would set it apart is that it probably won't attack indiscriminately. And I guess the reasons it'd attack include, but are not limited to:

1. Looking at them funny, while also being, or being on a small enough team.
-Teams that are small and nationalistic may exhibit distress or panic when one of their members accidentally steal a kill, or key. Mistaking a dging seer for a loot thief is not a good idea, and may set his teammates off.

2. Any kind of negative comment on their team or one of their members.
-Taking on the first point, people tend to talk a lot of shit, especially when threatened for their actions. As this team gets stronger, shit talkers and their team will end up dead. Just small guys so far.

3. Having a resource they need that also is within their grasp and ability to defend.
-You have multiple T3/T2 commods in a poorly defended gal nearby their space? They have enough spare base slots to prevent you from taking it back? Say good bye to those resources.

4. Teams that stagnate or flat out refuse to fight back hard enough.
-Pure PvE teams or teams with funky policies or teams that rage on the forum when they lose a 1v3 are likely targets in an attempt to spice up the game.
