 Looking for a team... Looks like the team I made is not going to function, maybe it's due to the fact that I can only do as much as my team members could. Maybe it's the fact that there aren't a lot of low level p2p players not already on good teams.

The trick to running a low/med level team is you have to be willing to A: go outside the team for help with uber runs, B: willing to recruit en masse and sort through the bad eggs.
