M.A.D. and MAD+ are closely related teams (go figure). M.A.D. started out as a Free to Play (f2p) team and due to size restrictions (150 players per team) imposed in the universe before last. Since then the teams have evolved into two distinct but complementary roles.

M.A.D. continues to be primarily an f2p team where as MAD+ is primarily a Pay to Play (p2p) team. Of course there are always exceptions. Many of the better f2p players have become p2p players on MAD+. As both teams evolve I expect to see M.A.D. having more lower level (lvl) p2p players on it.

Basic tenants of both teams are to learn how to play the game and player cooperation. We have pretty smart folks on both teams and many of the players are very helpful.

We have rules on the team of course and expect players to follow them. One of the fun rules we have is no cursing in chat. If you do there is a 100k fine to team. For a while there team was getting pretty rich off of that alone. We will not suffer idiots on either team of course. If you make a few mistakes no problem. If you are a total idiot expect to be booted. If you are really bad expect to be Kill on Sight (KOS) for a while (if you stop bother us we tend to forget you). Along the lines of the boot thing please ask to be booted before leaving the team, it messes with our loyalty scores a bit.

M.A.D. is actively recruiting f2p players and low lvl p2p.
To be honest M.A.D. has been a bit stagnant as of late since we had so many players convert to f2p but we have some very good f2p players that know their stuff and are willing to help out new players. And there are many players on MAD+ that can help out with the tough stuff for f2p.
We hope to get M.A.D. spun up to its old activity and be able to see the guys that getp2p transition smoothly into MAD+.

MAD+ is kind of sort of recruiting.
If we know you already and you are cool we will prolly hook you up. But we like the idea of seeing how players do when they are in M.A.D. so we can separate the wheat from the chaff (you know who you are).

It is sort of a little test. If you can navigate a web page and fill figure out how to fill out an application it shows you have at least the brain capacity of a slug. If you can’t get past that without help well you could always play Chutes and Ladders.

The site URL of MAD+ and M.A.D. forums was changed to http://www.madboard.tk. The old URL works too, but we all find this one just a tad easier to remember/type.

MAD+ is still recruiting (sort of) but our requirements to enter the team have gone up by a bit of percentage. For various purposes, we do not tell the public our requirements.

And, as always, free to plays are sent over to M.A.D.

That's right, this is a bump!

The main focus of this bump is to show that M.A.D. is recruiting again.

M.A.D. as you may or may not know is a team meant to teach free to play's the game, and to being them to being pay to play's in the end.
We are also extending this to teaching new pay to plays up to level 500 the game before bringing them to MAD+.

We, and by that I mean all of MAD+, hope that many F2Ps take this chance because better F2Ps as well as better P2Ps in the end. We are trying our best to bring M.A.D. back up to a working and useful F2P/P2P team.

We are currently accepting all F2Ps and P2Ps under level 500.
Players on M.A.D. that reach level 500 and beyond will be able to go over to MAD+, but no more members under level 500 will be able to join MAD+. They will be sent to M.A.D. first. We will see how this works, and hopefully we can all make a great team that will, again, help people become great P2Ps.
