If you use Paypal to sub your account, double check that you haven't mistakenly signed up twice. We have no control over the canceling of Paypal subs so we cannot correct the problem for you. However, if you discover an issue, we can issue refunds if you give us the appropriate info through a support ticket: http://www.starsonata.com/support under Billing.

I have noticed a few double subs in our logs lately and I try to notify the user, but there is a very good chance I miss them. I will work on a system to notify the user of the mistake soon.
