Post EF space juxtas
I'm not 100% sure but it seems that every w4 in ef space leads to another gal in earthforce space.
I checked several w4 connections and none led to wild space, and thats the problem.

Juxtas always go to the same layer
Concourse are the same, just a bigger jump.
Subspace are supposed to jump between layers.

Or that's how I thought it was supposed to work.
