Large workforce and periodic commod usage
Basically I was doing one of the gravity controller terraforming projects on a base, periodic requirement of 500k microchips. I had a workforce of around 21k and i noticed that the construction wasnt progressing at all, it seemed to be asking for the microchips in lots of 205k, I took 20k workers off, and the construction started proceeding.
Not sure if this is much of a bug, its just a bit annoying, would be nice if the construction was a bit more flexible on its usage of resources.

Re: Large workforce and periodic commod usage
Yeah, that's a pain if you're building 1k fab fact/comp fact parts (needs periodic prom and no max workforce), you have to have a damn good prom supply to keep up if you don't want to have to keep removing workers.

Re: Large workforce and periodic commod usage
I was thinking about a suggestion to this issue actually;
When a build shows up in the list, the ability to right click it and set the workforce (obviously you wouldn't be able to set it above what the absolute max is) for the specific build!
That way we wouldn't have to dump workers or start random researches for the sole purpose of building things that require high prom ticks!
