IMO all Lasers should be 4-D, after all the idea is supposed to be that they are concentrated beams of energy.
Maybe introduce a slight chance (10% or so) that firing a laser at someone on an object will hit the object and not the person (introducing some idea of 'taking cover').

 . well if ya didnt know i always travel in a ncc bulk and whenever i hide on a wormhole i get shot EVEN by flys!!
i think its because i have a ship bigger than the warp or its another bug

Some of the rats in graveyard has 4d weapons with which to kill you... Its not a bug, its your own fault.
