Updates for the new universe:
- Fixed SM17-20 missions - added a check for healing xp on fighters - Made artifacts cheaper and beefed some artifact items - Stasis ships don't trigger ambushes. - Added additional juxtas - Changed Radar on Stalker from Adums to Flarite as they are cappable and can be used in The Dark
Previous Updates in June:
- Improved Mining Laser Supreme, Condemned Ion Jade Laser, and Doomed Ion Jade Laser. - Adjusted the stats on all the base superlasers - Improved some mission text in some of nexus missions - Fixed a typo in the SBG kill mission. - Fixed the hack about clogged fighterbays to only work with bays that fire missiles. - Reduced all the firing recoils for the physical weapons by half - Added Flaming Swingarm Catapult weapon and BP - Fixed the bug in autopilot where sometimes the engine would never stop running due to floating point approximation error - Fixed bugged experience display to use the actual delta experience - When transferring slaves, check pilot skill before equipped item skill reqs - Changes to commodities to allow for a different name to display when scanning a planet with that commodity - Prevent aggressive bases in earthforce space - Prevent police from shooting indiscrimately at team or squad mates of a criminal - Report imperial tithe to the players when scooping credits in a squad - Fixed a bug where mass sometimes wasn't updated correctly - Fixed a bug where missions were timing out while docked and the mission list wasn't being updated properly allowing the player to still complete the failed mission. - Slaves now get same station permissions as their owner - Fixed a bug where illumination source visibility was being taken into account when figuring out how much to reduce the base visibility of an object with a percentage buff. - Vulture changes: Removed built in elec, 5% less resist to laser damage, lowered weight. Also lowered weight on Death Striker, Death Striker+ and Spider Striker so the difference wont be so much. - Creation of Wattage ship - Modified Vicar ship slightly - Fixed Cardinal Ring (rof aura reversed) - Added new Watt Chain Laser (Player wep) - Added new Watt Battery (Built in Energy on Wattage) - Added new Watt Capacitor (Built in Capacitor on Wattage) - Beefed Lion by increasing its resistances to match zebra's, replacing inbuilt bonuses with electric tempering bonus and transference vulnerability and giving it a special tweak generator. It now fits the balance sheet. - Fixed MF diffusers that required a non-existent skill. - Nerfed Ismail's presence to be worse than Santa's so it matches its rarity. - Doubled inbuilt shield bonuses on primal ships. - small aura changes to Calypso's and Ismail's presence - Added a 24 hour timer to unconnected galaxies unowning - Added in the server side docking distance check - Fixed zero damage weapons (or negative damage weapons) from gaining damage from control skills - Removed bonus hull space from temporary auras from the check to make sure a slave has enough space to equip a bot. - New Wattage Aug (T19) - New Flicker Aug (T14) - Replaced turning bonus on emperor's propulsor with more speed bonus, scaled using gamebalance_globals/statweights. - Replaced shield bank bonuses on certain high end shields with equivalent in resistance bonus (emperor's protector, primal lion armor, ada protector) - Changed stats on emperor's protector to give it 18,000 bank for less regen, hopefully making it useful. - Lowevered drop rate on carcasses from wild vultures to 0.01 - Edited some Hive Shouts. - Gave panthers a hazard dissipator, rhinos an advanced hazard dissipator and lions lead blankets, making them somewhat less susceptible to radiation. - Gave UZ bosses and mini bosses lead blankets and energy diffuser 3+s. - Gave Baron Duma Kilrathi and inferno lions a volatile energy diffuser to make them less vulnerable. - Reduced Venu Ray from tech 20 to Tech 19 (All other Venu gear is tech 19) - Beefed merc emmission a little and matched its tracking with the Venu ray - Spirits can no longer takeover abandoned bases - Restored Ismail's, beefed Santa's to have the same cargo bonus - Slaves get some bonus shields after being captured - Updated sell item error messages to include name of the item. - Fixed shield charger so it doesn't regenerate shields of an ownerless ship - Fixes to group experience multipliers - Fixes to slave XP distribution - Wrote a script for King Khan Kilrathi - Updated resistances on Primal Lion to match the new lion resists - Reduced the damage tweak duration on lion maul - Gave Armada Tractor and Bloodshed overloader (equipped when the boss is at 10% shields) to King Khan Kilrathi - Beefed the Vazaha Kiss, Embrace and Caress. - Beefed the base super lasers, some AI only gear, and some UZ/primal UZ gear - Made it so pods AND spirits cannot claim abandoned bases or reset the abandoned base timer - Remove the Lyceum signet requirement for fleet focus, since there's no way to get that anymore
