* Changes to when AI/drones will fire pulse weapons.
* Improvements to user base factory code, including a couple of bug fixes. Note that multiple MREs will now require more space oats than they did before (they now always require 2 space oats per ration).
* Separate slots for permanent and temporary drones.
Fix for drone slot bug. Correct drone slot message.
* Fix for base-won't-buy-if-it-has-too-much-cash bug.
I believe Cael fixed the recent UZ drop problems.
