*Fixed the bug where mobile drones would instantly stop when tractored.
*Tweaked the server shut down message so that the messages arent spammed till 2 hours left, and if the time is set over 2 hours, the message will be spammed on round time (1h30 left instead of 1h39 left for instance).
(x) Added deathtow to both playership and slaves. It is available when you enter a stasis ship, and in the x-menu for slaves in yellow stasis at a cost of (lvl/10)mils. Half the cost is dropped in the form of credit debris.*
