* tweaked the ai code so that they now use the brake when needed. * some concussion changes which should reduce the impact in medium/far range. * concussion wont scale with the affected object size anymore. * fixed the vermin issue (some specific ai being killed in protected system). * fixed a bug related to skills level check when transferring a base. (some gear wasn't checked). * added /resetslaves (/resetslave was here but not the s one). both do the same thing. * fixed the /war /endwar etc to work as intended (there was a bug causing an extra space to be needed). * zebumaster is now uncappable.
This patch contain quite a bit of content changes. but i am not familiar with them all, so ill let a content dev post the patch notes for that part.
