 Failed to open socketFailed to open socket.
Anyone know what this means? I cant log on to SS 2 but I can still log on MC, LoL and vent...so its not my internet...I think! |

Re: Failed to open socket sound to me like you have an agressive firewall or limited network (some public/school connection tend to block anything thats related to gaming).
You can try the sslauncher to use an sshtunnel to connect to game, essentially hiding the fact that your connecting to a game. That wont work with the patchbot tho, so when a new patch get in, youll basicly have to redownload the game if you cant fix your firewall issue. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=31276 see here for the sslauncher. _________________ One of the first and proud flight controller.
