6th character is now live for everyone who used the same account as beta, or used the same email on only 1 account. There is a few cases where more than one accounts matched the email used with the character higher than lvl 100 on the beta, an admin will try contact those players but i suggest you make a ticket if you still do not have your extra character slot

Some email didnt match with any active live account (any accounts with a character is considered active for that check), so well, i can only assume that those are not playing on live, and as such, dont really care about their 6th character.

If you had a lvl 100+ character on beta and still dont have your extra character slot , i strongly encourage you fill in a ticket, include the account name and email used in the beta (at the very least the email).

Even tho it has taken some time it is great to see that this went live and that player responses works.
