I was operating under the assumption there were already t21 drones. Is this not the case? If so, that should be rectified immediately. I was not around when t21 came out.

Hephaestus Drones are the only ones. They are free to produce in Olympus and are terrible. I would probably say that Titan Drones are better.

All damage types besides physical does not hurt but this thread was started for 2 reasons.

1. Drone death is a ridiculous cost compared to other classes and how their deaths stack up

2. There is a very limited supply of high end drones along with an even more limited choice.

It has been stated before that Jeff wants to keep drones as a consumable but their cost is that of high end weapons that never disappear. Beyond that the supply is such that they come from >1< Zone that has been beaten to death for 3+ years and no one wants to do on a regular basis anymore.

Please solve these issues with any of the suggested fixes. Engineer is very useful, it is very flexible and it is very fun, there is no doubt. Sniper is also very useful, very flexible and very fun, and it can solo 80% of the ubers in game with a sub 15b set-up when Engineers can only do some of that with a sub 100b one. The Engineers also risk 15-20b in drones doing so.

If there are flaws in the logic presented here please point them out, if there are not then it is obviously valid and should be addressed.

The main argument is that if zerkers had a failrate on their weapons the bitching would never end, but for droners this is perfectly fine.

AEM asking people to do more oly when you admins/devs have made it perfectly clear that you are not supposed to camp oly by introducing/extending lockouts is kinda moronic.

Atm I am losing my patience with you, come with real arguments or stay quiet.

Get a Juju, PSS and ZHT. Aug it Greener, Z+, Sniper Mast or some equally cheap set-up. Build anal. I managed to do it just fine.

Juju is 5, PSS is only expensive if you buy it, Z+ is 5, Greener is almost nothing, Sniper Mast is maybe 200m. ZHT is about 100m. So we are both wrong, it is cheaper!

If the problem here is a bottleneck, rather than making armada drones more available, which I'm kind of against since it reduces diversity, more high-tech drones should be made that can replace them.

I'll admit it's really annoying when my three most commonly used drones happen to be Armadas and whenever you lose one you either have to pay lots (and you're still not guaranteed a seller), wait a while to get replacements or go through some inane factory crap that uses up even more precious sup. augs to replace a drone.
