I don't wanna quote all my posts again, but the tl:dr summary of all my posts is that snipers like this will become more and more frequent and the only way to manage hostility is to use modifications on all possessions possible.
I am not the only one playing around with Prawns and Wattages for snipers - this is in fact the general issue with high end berserkers which I have tried to explain over and over in this topic.

I think a AoD Dwatt (CaL/ada Rage) CaZ prawn MF can hold pretty much anything. The only issue is that you would have to choose between 5 3 shots and 4 MT's or 5 MT's and 4 3 shots.

I am going to point it out once more: Your amount of DPS or hostility from augmenters is almost irrelevant - what you are looking for is just to get 10-15 of your possessions moded with *(evil) and you will easily get 150-225% stacking hostility bonus that stacks on top of everything.
Of course you can't aug with 3 Minor Docking or 3 Sup. Hostility, but just some maths from some setups:
2 AoD Tarkin's setup in a Wattage with 30 weapons* (evil) can hold up to 5 times the hostility (Up to 800 000 hostility/second) that a 2 CaZ Divine setup in a Wattage can without any *(evil) modifications (Up to 150 000 hostility/second).
It is all about that stacking +1.5% damage, +15% hostility to be honest. And of course Grinch Tweak Generators - those are also a beast when hostility really matters.
