Re: Why do tickets take over 3 days to get a response? Depends on the type of ticket. Each category goes to a different person. Also, sometimes some people are busy for a couple days. Other times a ticket can be submitted and the person who handles it isn't sure what to do about it, so they make a note that only support people can read and pass it on to someone else, and that other person might make a note and pass it back, etc, before we decide on the response.

Re: Why do tickets take over 3 days to get a response? Protip: If your ticket involves something that affects you personally, use in-game help request, not bugs. Bugs are for exploits that don't have an immediate impact on you, and will typically take ages to get a response. In-game help requests usually get at least an initial response within a day. If you lost items due to a bug, or something, that falls under the help request category.

Re: Why do tickets take over 3 days to get a response? Its just that several times I have sent in Ticket's and I haven't gotten a reply for atleast 3 days. About six months ago It would only take a few hours to 2 days...
