Either his Regen / Resists were changed I'm quite set on this.

I was kiting him on my SD for a good 35 mins with an excomm (MMaG wouldn't even dent)

Excomm -> 9.9 RoF, with approx 33.8k DPS.

Pretty sure that shouldnt take 35 minutes.

Also matching his speed exactly still lead to him VERY SLOWLY catching up, certain it was exact same speed orelse he would have caught up much faster (tried above and below 1 speed to check), Am I right in assuming that the values at same speed have very slightly different speeds, for example 33.1 =/= 33.9 but still both display at 33.

He has augmenter slots, so that could explain it. And using a Mercurian MagCannon on him is most likely not the best of ideas, seeing how Wattage AIs are like 95% resistant to energy

2. Your DPS estimate with Excomm is 2-3x too high, depending on how you're set up. Makes it a bit too easy to see you're bullshitting.

3. Why don't you carry a modded Fly Pellet to adjust your kiting speed?

Enkelin that's the dps atii's calculator throws at me.

I'm talking about dps created from augs, skills, class etc BEFORE JW's resists.

I mean I shan't be doing 33.8k DPS on him, but that's what I dish out.

I find it amusing you still use that calculator if it is that badly off.

Find me a new one that works and I'll gladly use it.

That's nice. All I'm saying is there is something seriously wrong with the calculator if it gives any SD that kind of DPS with Excomm.

Even if the calculator is dishing out wrong info .. it must be wrong across the board, higher dps than when I was sniper (without anal) yet on sniper it was easy using mining.

im sorry to tell you this
but i have killed dreads resist auged and 200k+ shields in less then 15 seconds with just a excomm on my SD and it dont even have much DPS from augs
1 of those was a dread with 240k shields and sup resist
sup resist 29% resist x2 from AT and the standard 20% resist gets us total of 66.4% resist ( im not 100% sure if my maths are correct with resist, but im not that far from it) that gets 33.6% of the damage go to the shields
240k/33.6x100=714k damage needed to kill /15 = 47k DPS
i also use atiis calc but always do my own maths if i think something is not right. then i see its 99% of time correct same as here

Slightly amusing. Your example actually works out to 32k DPS but no matter. I guess I owe you an apology since it seems your mediocre Speed Demon and an Elec Dread can compete with some of the best HM and Prawn snipers in Olympus.

I would speculate as to what went wrong in your experiment (Dread had travel field on, accidentally wore a Slipstream, your velocity approached the speed of light and put your timing off...) but it doesn't really matter since your results are so wildly beyond the realm of the possible.

32k DPS is something that even Seers can put out and sustain without any support. Some of the best Prawn snipers put out way more sustained DPS tho, at 0 analysis. About 38-40k with a Mad Thorax shouldn't be out of the question. With an Engineer dread I can sustain 80k DPS with Primal Zebra Hooves Torpedoes at 0 analysis.
